KHOY Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

KHOY Engineering Sdn. Bhd. has grown from a local ductwork fabricator into one of the largest ductwork design, supply, install and commission contractors in the Northern of Malaysia expanding exponentially each year and we are now able to serve major mechanical projects from Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Abu Dhabi with confidence.

We involve in various projects from commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, colleges, airport terminals to photovoltaic factory and silicon water fab KHOY has over 20 years of experience, providing services to facilities across the Asia.

KHOY has built a reputation for in house technical and contracting expertise with the experience to deliver on time and within budget. Throughout all contracts our aim is to ensure a open and transparent working relationship with our clients and to provide all services and information for a seamless operation from design, bid to installation.

KHOY also a registered grade G7 company under the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) in Building (B), Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (ME).

Health and Safety

KHOY Engineering Sdn. Bhd. have and exemplary health and safety record on a multitude of ductwork projects. Most of our workers with valid CIDB and NIOSH which allowed us to enter most of the construction site and factory to work immediately.

KHOY recognizes that healthy and safe working conditions and practices are vital to achieving business excellence. KHOY therefore aims to conduct its business in a way that presents no risk of injury or ill health to its plant, equipment, materials or any other property as a result of accidents, fires or dangerous occurrences.

As the leading ductwork contractor in the Peninsular Malaysia, we have over 25 years continuous experience enabling us to provide the on going project and maintenance solution for ductwork installations. With access to a network of facilities KHOY is able to provide its unsurpassed service quality to all of its clients.

KHOY provides the back up for the facilities management to facilitate the repair, modification, upgrading of existing ductwork installations.

Our continued work within commercial buildings, hospital, universities, has driven the quality of our service to the highest level. KHOY understands the stringent health, security and privacy requirements of these projects and much time is contributed to these areas of the business.

A committed team that comprises of Project Managers, Production Specialists, Skillful Technicians and Office Administrators are involved in the production process and project execution to ensure high quality of products and service rendered.

KHOY has invested in latest technology and capability to take lead in the industry and has manufactured high quality products with lesser duration taking an early lead in the region.

A committed team with the support of management executes the result orientated strategies and continues to receive feedback from market to ensure customer’s satisfaction and continuous product and service improvement.
